As I am working in ICU I was suppressed with the statistic from WHO and infection increasing by health care provider by them self. The session was clear and easy to follow the step and it provided by picture and video. You provide us with the Evaluation Form for our institution made by WHO. That was interesting to know about our hospital about hand hygiene. You provided us with some references to read more that is good. There were a few things to mention, you didn't tell us what is the aim and the session need more time to read. Some of the additional material in the middle box was a little hard to read due to the size of the box and the amount of this additional material meant I did skip through rather quickly rather than read it fully.
