         <description><![CDATA[<div>Social Media has personally affected my wellbeing to the point where I started sensing FOMO, stalking my crush, getting distracted and craving notifications. When I open Instagram and I see my friends having fun without me, I feel jealous. This leads me into taking my anger out on them, which makes me realise that I have bad FOMO. I remember last year, when I had a crush on a guy, I used social media to stalk him. Platforms such as Instagram, Snapchat and Tiktok made me obsessed. This led me into finding his address, his mums Facebook and I even made a catfish account to test his loyalty. This all happened within 2 weeks of crushing on him. This made me realise how effective social media was, and it was unhealthy. Social media has made me really distracted as it has prevented me from doing my homework. I have also noticed that I crave notifications. When I post on Instagram, I always check the views and likes. </div>]]></description>
