  •   Get A wooden/wire frame and put a dollop of glue at the top then begin wrapping the ring in purple suede lace. 
  • Before you cut off the tail tie a secure not at the place where you started wrapping the thread. Repeat this step twice
  • Lay out the feathers and beads where you would like them to go. This is so you get a visual idea of what it would look like.
  • To estimate how long to cut your new colour of thread wrap the thread around the ring 3 times. You can weave the pattern with a needle or just with your hands.
  • Tie the thread at the end on your ring. Trim of the excess. Make a spiral pattern through the hoop. Repeat this on both rings.
  • Before you cut the thread add a bead in the circle as the pupil then tie it securely. Do this on both rings. Tie the eyes together in the middle by wrapping the thread inbetween the two rings several times knot securely.
  • Tie the excess suede lace that was left to give an area for it to be hung from. Cut 16 inches of suede and knot in the tip of the bottom part of the eyes. Repeat as many times as you want on the eyes.
  • Thread some plain brown wooden beads where you would like them. Now use hot glue/pva glue or whatever type of glue is available. Use the glue to hot glue to glue the different shades of pink and purple feathers on the suede. You might want to protect your surface somehow. You can make them in a pattern or you can make them messy in a good way
  • Overlap the feathers to make them more feather or bird like. Now you can add some eyebrows by sticking a few feathers under the first know that was made. Now you have your finished product
