Basic Trainings: Your basic trainings are held by HR's and will typically include your basic combat training using any element. 

Elemental Trainings: These are co-hosted by members of the Avatar Council and will focus on fighting a specific element. The Avatar Council will train you to fight their specific element.

Percentage Tests: These are the tests required to rank up in the Warrior branch. They include getting your tester down to a specific percentage of health.

Knowledge Tests: These are tests down through DM's on Discord which a Lotus Elder, Grand Scholar, or another eligible HR will ask you lore questions which you must answer.
