I am always looking forward to Sundays because it's the only day of the week where I can focus on reading the learning materials and work on the quizzes. 

That being said, last Sunday I was able to accomplish all the quizzes under the basic competencies. Some of which I had to take again in order to have access to the institutional assessment. Eventually, I was able to juggle work and the latter, and successfully got the Certificate of Achievement (Basic). This week I focused on preparing Powerpoint presentation for the topics assigned to me.

My time tomorrow is allocated for Core Competencies ---reading the materials, wrapping my head around the information I'll be taking in, and answer the quizzes.

TM1, the challenge is real, but I am staying positive!

Good thing that the trainer managed to fix it calmly and patiently attend to my concern. 

Activities require time especially in formulating questions part. 
Overall, it was great because I was able to move into the next activity while grasping the new scope of information. 

Comment: Website unnecessary ads are annoying and its not helpful at all.

- I did the self-introduction from who I am, where the school I came from and what National Certificate of TESDA I took for. Also, the reason of why I want to study this Trainers Methodology I.
- I also take down my expectations of the course for: the facilitator, co-trainee, training center, training sessions, and etc.
- I also did the PRE-TEST and am very disappointed with the result but still encourage me to learn more.

JUNE 1, 2022 (WEDNESDAY) 

· Continue doing the LMs:
- Self-Assessment Checklist
- Evaluate my learning style and got the result after
- Downloaded the Session Plan (Basic and Core Competencies of TM I) as bases of making the questions.
- Read and understand the downloaded pdf of Orientation on Training Regulations Development.
- As per instruction given, I downloaded the TR in-line with my expertise or the National Certificate in TESDA which is the Technical Drafting NC II.
- Downloaded the pdf file of Understanding CS vs CBC
- Formulated and constructed two questions in every basic and core competency in a multiple-choice type test with answers. (This one is very challenging output)

JUNE 2, 2022 (THURSDAY)

· Downloaded the sample Progress Chart, Achievement Chart, Training Activity Matrix as bases for Portfolio.
· I also write down my daily activities like this one on the Freedom Wall in Padlet
· Started the Lead Workplace Communication (BASIC COMPETENCY)
- Read LO1- Communicate information about workplace process
- Read LO2- Lead workplace discussions
- Read Lo3- Identify and communication issues arising in the workplace
- Take the Quiz 1 of the first basic competency (Lead Workplace Communication) 

JUNE 3, 2022 (FRIDAY)

· I’m done toke the test today for Quiz 2, and it was challenging to understand each item without the given source. 
· Downloaded the LO1 and LO2 of LC #3 and finished the Quiz 3.
· I finished all the Basic Competencies exams and have my certification done. 
· This afternoon is quite challenging when it comes in doing the deliverables. The trainer had discussed the content in our Portfolio and how we are going to do it appropriately.

    Through out the activities, there is a lot of articles to be read but I have learned many things because of it. 


    About the quizzes, some answers are not accurate to the articles. Like the how many pounds, it was supposed to be 20 but the key is 5. 

    In the end it was a good experience given that I am new to this kind of modality learning.     - I had difficulties on creating my GNOMEO account due to poor connection but luckily I successfully log in with the helped of my co-trainee.
