----Make sure MS is on board.  Don't let them give you a student list at the last minute
-Start creating a summer school worksheet
-2nd mailing-Welcome letter-Usually sent out a few weeks before summer school, with attachments.
-Send bus garage worksheet in May so they can start setting up routes.  Keep them updated as you get student changes.
-Keep track of your Summer School hours on a separate timesheet to be applied to a SS acct.  See Barb K
-Collect the following forms to give to teachers:
----Initial class list
----End of year computer test scores
----Attendence sheets
----Teacher list with room numbers and extensions
----Student Passwords for testing
-Make a list of all your expenses: postage, envelopes, copies, etc to give to Kaitlyn to be applied to a summer school acct.  Send email to teachers asking them to keep track of the copies they make and give you a copy at the end of SS to give to Kaitlyn.
-Decide-which building will be used
              -let custodians in the building know
              -need special signage?
               -Schedule a teacher work day for teachers to prep
                     Needs to be before the end of the year in order for
                     them to get paid.  (Example 6/16/17 8:30-12:30)
Things to get:
               -teacher folders (purchase)
               - attendance sheets, class rosters, bus lists
-student list for bus garage. (End of May)
