<title>The educator most likely to participate in a collaboration, co-teaching, or coaching relationship to address the needs of gifted students can&#39;t be determined by whether they are categorized as Gifted, GenEd, or SPED. The educator most likely, in my opinion, is the one who is teaching because they want to build better people. They build relationships with their students and see that they have needs.</title>

<title>This educator will find ways for the gifted students, the &quot;regular&quot; students, and the special students to all increase their knowledge regardless of their entry point. He or she will be willing to work with any other educator who shares that goal.</title>
