The # of requests I get - I have a very hard time saying no b/c I do feel that I could the student a good letter and they also often need a math teacher to write the letter.

Students not answering my questionnaire that helps me write their letters.

If I spend my summer writing requests, it never ends up being that that ones I get done are the ones that need to be submitted first

For summer programs, students often give me a very short turn around to submit their letters.
