At first I thought it’s gonna be boring but honestly, I really looked forward to each session. Mina buat presentation slides yang simple and senang nak ingat. Siap ada flashcards and games lagi, which really helped me

I think tutor ni changed the way I should learn. Dulu saya selalu belajar sorang-sorang and rasa susah nak faham. Tapi bila mina ajar as a group, ada interaction and teamwork, I learned faster. Kadang-kadang kami buat quiz, kadang buat revision pakai flashcards. Even bila session online pun mina still buat benda interactive for us. Dia siap buat spinning wheel untuk speaking topic practice. That was fun and helpful

What I liked most was that our tutor didn’t make us feel bad if we didn’t get something straight away. She was patient and always encouraged us to try again. There was a time when I missed a few sessions, and she still made sure I got the notes and caught up with the rest. She even changed the tutoring location once to the Splash cafe when we were all hungry, and it was actually one of the best sessions. It didn’t feel like a class, more like hanging out and learning at the same time. I’m really going to miss these sessions once they’re over

I used to struggle with studying because I didn’t really know how to stay focused. But these tutoring sessions helped me a lot because they were interactive. It wasn’t just someone talking for an hour. We had quizzes, games, discussions. Even online sessions were fun because of how creative she was. She made a random topic spinner for speaking practice, which honestly made it feel more like a game than a class. If there’s another round of this in the future, I’d totally join again.

I really appreciate how prepared mina was every week. Ada slides, ada quiz, kadang buat speaking test practice. The personal attention given was helpful to me. Before this I always malas nak belajar sejarah, tapi bila belajar dengan mina, I boleh ingat topic yang dulu susah sangat nak faham. Mina pandai explain in a simple way, like reading a storybook. Thank you mina.

Honestly, masa first dengar pasal tutor session ni, I didn’t expect much. I thought maybe it’s just another boring class after school. Tapi bila dah join, it feels different. Mina is very friendly, and dia memang buat effort untuk explain benda susah jadi senang. Kadang-kadang dia guna slides, kadang ada quiz dekat Kahoot or Quizizz, and that made it fun. Masa speaking test practice, dia siap buat spinning wheel untuk topik, rasa macam game show pulak haha. Tapi yang penting, I gained a lot of confidence. Saya dulu takut gila nak speaking, tapi sekarang dah tak nervous sangat. Thank you for teaching.

Our tutor actually put in so much effort. From the first futsal ice-breaking session to making her own slides every week, planning quizzes, and adjusting to our schedules, she really cared about us learning. I usually find Sejarah hard, but the flashcard challenge we did made everything so much easier to remember. I liked that we got to learn in a way that wasn’t just reading and memorizing. I feel like I learned more in these sessions than I did in a few months at school and that says a lot! Thank you Minaaaa
