Pros:
-Fast (gigabit transfer speed)
-Relatively cheap to install
-Very Stable, if one computer goes down the network will stay up, providing you're not using a ring topology
-Do not require as much maintenance as a wireless network
-Printers can be shared
-Programs can be shared so you don't need to purchase the same program for each device
-Allowing remote access lets employees work whilst they're home

Cons:
-Limited Mobility

-If it has a server, it is only connected to that server and if that one has an issue, the whole network will go down

-After enough devices are connected, you'll need a server, which is expensive and uses a lot of power.
-If remote access is allowed, it opens the network up to more cyber attacks
-Running networks means you have to obey certain laws and not doing so can result in fines
-Will have to hire and pay a salary to a network administrator

A risk is that it requires a constant wireless connection to every computer in the network and it uses the hosts data to sustain connections.
