         <description><![CDATA[<div>This week for my 30 minute workouts I decided to play competitive tennis and go kayaking. These are very different then what I normally do, which is just go to the gym. As a result of these exercises I felt better mentally and physically. It brought me peace.  I honestly do not need much motivation to be active, but going with friends is definitely helpful.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This week for my 30 minute workouts I went on a hike with by boyfriend and went rock climbing with some friends. Being outside when hiking was very relaxing and helped during my busy week. Rock climbing is something new that one of my friends have recently gotten me in to and it is tiring, but so much fun. Overall, they were both fun ways to get some exercise. Pictured is my friend rock-climbing (he's a lot better than me)</div>]]></description>

         <title>Week 3 Journal</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This week I played tennis. I played tennis all through out high school and its always a sport  I loved since. One thing that I love about it is that its a life long sport and it helps me to destress. I also went to the gym and did some lifting. I have kind of fallen out of my gym routine lately but, I am slowly getting back into it. Going with my friends definitely helps motivate me to go. Being active really helps me to destress and slow down my lifestyle. I hope to be able to be more active a week as the time goes on.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This week I went swimming with some of my friends and then we also played some Ultimate Frisbee afterwards. This really helped me to wind down after a tough week. I would always play Ultimate Frisbee growing up, so it was fun and relaxing to get back into it. I also went to the gym and did some upper body workouts. Going to the gym has been hard to fit in my schedule, but I would like to go more because after going I feel so much less stressed. Overall, this was a great week.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This week I decided to bike a trail which really made me feel at peace. I also tried my new activity from my post, a HITT workout. I really enjoyed trying something new and I feel as if I benefitted from it. It is definitely something I will be doing again. This week was less stressful then normal, yet these activities did help me destress and take a break from work and school. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Week 6 Journal</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This week I felt very outdoorsy. I went hiking on a new trail, which was a little tough but I was fun and the views were amazing. I also went kayaking with some friends from my work, which is always fun and was quite the workout. Being outside in the nice whether is very good for my mental health, it allows me to relax and put my worries behind me for a little bit.  I hope to continue being able to be active outside, especially at the season will start to be changing to fall in a few months. I know that it is quite hard to get outside when it is cold, but hopefully I will be able to do it. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This week I went on a walk/run through a trail which helped to relieve stress from my busy work week. I also went to the gym and decided to do upper body exercises. This helped to put my body image in a positive light. This week really put a toll on my mental wellbeing, but little exercise like this helped to better my mental wellness and my physical wellness to. </div>]]></description>
