    As the new year is approaching, we wanted to discuss a few things with the group! We will be having the first formal HOA meeting of 2019 on February 11th @ 7:30 pm via teleconference. During this meeting, we will discuss any issues that members have. There will be a set agenda, so if you have something you’d like to put on it, please click “reply” and let us know BEFORE January 31st!
     
    So far, there are 2 things we will be discussing on the agenda.
    1.  Proposal to restart HOA Dues in 2019 ; They have been $100 per quarter in the past
    a.  The officers are currently working to reconcile all accounts and figure out how much each home owes or how much the HOA owes them back. There will be no money collected for the year of 2018.
    b.  Dues will strictly be going towards landscaping/snow removal, emergencies and anything else that is voted on by a > or = 7 HOA members
    2.  Landscaping
    a.  Possibility for a new landscaping company for 2019 and onwards; estimates will be shared with possible vote 
    3.  Any other issues that you would like to be discussed
    a.  Please email BEFORE January 31st, 2019
     
    The first (TELECONFERENCE) meeting of 2019 will be on Monday, February 11th @ 7:30 pm (via UberConference). 
    Please call 781-448-4933, PIN (51909) at that time. If for any reason we do not have enough people conferenced in that day, the back-up date will be the following week on Monday, February 18th @ 5 pm.
