My topic is about Fast Food and in this paragraph, we will be talking about its history of it. Fast food became Popular in the 1950s and now 1-3 Americans eat it daily. It was made for Restaurants to accommodate big numbers of travelers, Wage workers, and Commuters. The family would be able to pick up food quickly, eat it in the car and get on with the day. Next, It doesn't take up that much space. With ready-to-cook food, Customers will be in and out quickly. This made it so that companies can buy a small bit of land but can buy more and more so they make more and more money.

When you get fast food you have it in under 10 minutes this means there is something preserving it. That is Saturated fat. If you were to eat fast food often it could lead to diseases such as Cancer, depression, and Obesity. Fast food is not good food and food is our fuel. If we don’t have good fuel then we will not be able to perform at the highest level that could be for our job or when we are playing sports.

Fast food causes so much waist and this definitely contributes to pollution and global warming, This could lead to more of climate change and could cause problems for the earth.

Next, A study in new jersey found that 16,000 fast-food restaurants let out 2,000 tons of particulates. This is a big reason for pollution. About 40% of pollution is from fast food waist.

First Planning can help limit junk food. If you are planning your day you know when to eat and you can plan for that. Second, Consume snacks that are nutritious and low in calories. These snacks have low fat and sodium and high proteins. Third, Drink water. You might not be hungry just thirsty. Drink a fair amount af water then 30 minutes later if you are still hungry then have a healthy snack. When doing these steps and you are still hungry… fast food would be the last option
