• so, born and raised in the capital, jihye remains to be loved and doted on unconditionally by her parents and her stepmother.
• at the age of seven, however, she lost one of them to cervical cancer, and jihye had to live a life of being her stepmother's only daughter.

• four months into trying to find a place she could call her 'new home', a flyer was handed to her friend. what was written in there had her floored.
• she took the job, (was told that she was overqualified, even) and felt lucky that they allowed her to relocate somewhere her parents would never see her.
