Since I was kid, I used my brain mostly in remembering because everyday we learn new things and meet new people and through that process I use brain to memorize all the names.

To make sure my brain processes well, I start my day by eating breakfast so that the nutrients from the food that I have can help the brain to receive information and work properly.

After going through the lessons about brain, now I know that a person does not depend on using only one side of brain. It actually covers all parts of brain but specifically used for different activities and skills.

Brain also has their specific components which function for our body parts such as eyes, body movement and memory. If one of those components does not function due to accidents or ability disorder, the person will suffer abnormal life or sometimes it affects their learning process.

A lot of practice such as by using thinking tools can produce a healthy and active brain for future development and this should be started since we were kids.

Brain games and certain puzzles and brainteasers help create new associations between different parts of the brain, which keeps it sharp. Other exercises that challenge the brain are things like doing normal activities with our non-dominant hand like brushing our teeth or combing our hair.

Socialize can also help our brain to function well. We are social animals and we need a variety of brain stimulation, including social activity, to keep our minds sharp. This is especially true later in life, when aging takes its toll on memory and other complex neurological processes.

In the study, older adults who were less socially active than those who were socially active had both cognitive and physical limitations.
