I prefer 4-5 so they can interact. I want them to interact with each other and not just with me. They learn much more that way. I want to facilitate. </div>]]></description>

I have to remind my kids that I am teaching when I am not in class with them. I think its important to reply to every kid but also to set some boundaries on my time.  </div>]]></description>

         <title>For class meetings I would start off with a math question or activity that is open ended. Like a what do you wonder question. Then we share as a whole group discussion. This can be done with a virtual whiteboard. </title>

         <title>I have office hours set up where I run a zoom and students can just pop in.  My students also know that they can ask questions through hangouts, email or google classroom. I also set up a class google hangout that students can put questions in. Lots of times the students will answer each others questions. </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am a Face to Face teacher so class meetings is how learning occurs in my course. Whole group instruction is what I am leaning towards daily because it is the easiest to accomplish in a socially distanced classroom. I use GoGuardian to help adress indiviual student needs. I have students share their responses to discussion questions out loud, but I am honestly struggling with how to incorporate group work/collaboration in class meetings. </div>]]></description>

Class meeting tend to revolve around a question of the day that is somewhat light in nature compared to the math lessons. When we have a quality discussion about a non-math topic first I tend to see a little better engagement later in the lesson. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This has been somewhat difficult in face to face learning because students are not able to move about the room. One thought I had as I read reflected back on training earlier this year was I should try to figure out a way to use technology for small group and targeted instruction. I can make short videos for single problems and share with individual students that struggle with the task.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I teach one class online for 7th graders taking Math 8. Juggling full-time face to face learning and an additional class that I never meet with is a challenge. Right now I offer a one-hour office hour for kids to check in for help. I am not sure though how to get more kids to take advantage of that because it is after school. I feel like I also need to explore a daily check in option.</div>]]></description>

         <title>With the blended model, I have office hours every Wednesday.  Today I had a student come in to school and get help face to face.  I am not sure how many students will actually do this but it worked well and we got a lot accomplished.  I also do a lot of emailing and some hangouts with students who need extra help.  With NWEA testing finishing up, I am going to start targeting students who I know need help but are not reaching out for it.</title>

         <title>I am in the all day everyday model.  Class meetings in homeroom center around questions that students have on a day to day basis.  I am working on incorporating some Character Strong, but with 20 minutes for everything it is very difficult.  In class we spend some time at the beginning to each class.</title>
