The reason behind the name of our shop is to enjoy selling our product while building good relationship with our customers and gains as much knowledges as we can about business.  In our shop, we mainly sell instant noodles which mainly consists of 4 flavor. The flavor are spicy, sour, salty and sweet. We choose to sell instant noodles because our target customer are mainly students, young adult and instant noodles lover. Besides that, we want to sell instant noodles because we start our business from home, therefore residential area also include as our target customer. Our business location also gave us advantages because we can easily promote our product to our neighbor and ask them to promote our business also. This way, we can get free marketing while building good relationship which our customer.  We also decided to sell instant noodles because we think our product has a demand among students and residential area. We also sell our product at a very affordable price. The price for all of the flavors of the instant noodles is only RM3.50 for 1 pieces. By selling in pieces, we give our customer the option to choose the flavors they want to buy instead of selling it in one flavor and one packets. For our business, we choose to sell our product both online and offline which is from our own home. We use online platform such as Instagram and WhatsApp to sell and promote our product and business. The operating hours of our business are from Monday to Friday, from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm for customer that walk to our house and preferred face to face, and for online customer, we usually accept customer order anytime. For marketing activities, we promote our product using Instagram and uploaded the picture of our product with copywriting. Our customer can directly inbox us through Instagram or WhatsApp if they have any question or inquiry about our product and make order. For customer that order online, we provide free delivery services. We also cash on delivery for customer that are near our shop and within our reach.  We also provide refund service for our customer because we value our customer, but the refund can only given to customer only if they can show evident that they deserve to be refund and under circumstances that we can accepted.
