         <description><![CDATA[<div>I shared this video with my girlfriend, Joanie. She always seems to be interested when I talk about what I am learning in my classes, so I knew she'd be interested in watching this video. She did not know much about bilingual education in New York State before watching this video. She thought the video was very informative for parents/guardians. She liked how they went through the different possible programs and described how they worked. </div>]]></description>
