Success looks like having coaching meeting with strong inputs and outputs. We will be able to see scholar growth. Success looks like moving scholars up in skills and content each quarter. Success looks like Sunnyside making it through in person learning through a Global Pandemic, and keeping everyone on staff to build relationships with our families.

A challenge I anticipate is being able to see everyone coach in a week. A challenge might be pushing teachers on their area of growth to empower them to grow. I want to instill motivation through the relationships I develop.
