]]> 2021-10-05 01:44:32 UTC https://padlet.com/moegebr/md0p9fe8axsx3avr/wish/1791365942 Mr Tan Jun Hong, teacher from Zhonghua Secondary School, expressing appreciation for Mr Lum Sin Ho and Mr Darrel Teo from Temasek Polytechnic. https://padlet.com/moegebr/md0p9fe8axsx3avr/wish/1798389471 Mr Lum and Darrel have been a pleasure to work with and they are very understanding and receptive in exploring alternate ways to conduct the draft sessions with our students due to prevailing SMMs. They went the extra mile for our students by agreeing to provide offline feedback through the students' google slides as well as zoom session so that they can have some face time with the students to clarify their doubts or questions. This was done despite their busy schedule and we really appreciate the time and effort spent in mentoring our students.

For the feedback provided, both Mr Lum and Darrel were very helpful and insightful throughout all 3 stages of IvP. They offered a different and fresh perspective to most of our groups' projects which the students or even the teachers ourselves may not have thought of. They were very encouraging to the students while at the same time set high expectations for the processes as well as nudging some of the groups in the right direction if they fall short. They also offered good suggestions and design modifications for their ideas and prototypes, which helped set up the success for some of the groups.

Overall, the students’ IvP journey has been very enriching and meaningful under the guidance and professionalism of the 2 innovation mentors. So thank you Mr Lum and Darrel!
