Problem Description: As we know, roses bloom from May to June, but roses bloom now in early winter. In addition, forsythia, magnolia, and dandelion, which bloom in different season, are seen throughout the whole country. The reason may be that the current weather is above average.

According to Korea Meteorological Administration, the average temperature in Gwangju in November 2012 is with the highest temperature to 13℃, but this year is with 18℃.

Humans can dress differently depending on the temperature of the day, but the ecosystem is not. The effects will be so severe that people who ask if environmental protection is necessary after time when the order of the ecosystem collapses due to environmental pollution will realize in person.

   

Solution: I am convinced that the active action of the government is needed immediately rather than emphasizing individual efforts. For a long time, many experts have pointed to environmental pollution and all the concerns already become reality. Therefore, The government must implement eco-friendly policies right now before it’s too late.

For example, companies should be prohibited from over-packing and disposable abuse, and carbon and hazardous material emissions should be restricted and properly inspected. In addition, indiscriminate development should be stopped, forests, tidal flats, etc., and animals and plants should be protected.

There are many efforts that individuals can make, but the government have to solve problem that individuals cann’t choose from, and establish all policies in consideration of the entire ecosystem, not anthropocentrically.
