Basic principles of program implementation, adult learning theory, and accountability are important and critical factors necessary for success. In addition, the multitude of applications available for educators willing to accept the challenge is quite staggering; however, with motivation and patience the students will benefit in our quest as educators to produce scholars with relevant skills for decades to come.

My school district has a technology policy which resembles that of the ISTE that we studied throughout the quarter. Recognizing the importance, relevance, and possibilities of technology in education is paramount if one is to implement the concepts and principles of the ISTE with fidelity.
