_Tarhana tadıyla kokusuyla baştan aşağıya Anadolu! İçindeki her malzeme bir karakter, her malzeme başka bir kültür. Birleşip birlikte nefisleşiyor, birlikte güzelleşiyorlar.

*Tarhana Nasıl Yapılır?*

Toz tarhanayı geniş bir karıştırma kasesine alın. Üzerine oda sıcaklığındaki 2 bardak suyu ekleyerek bir çırpıcı yardımıyla karıştırın. Tarhana yumuşayana dek, yaklaşık 15 dakika boyunca oda sıcaklığında yumuşamaya bırakın.

Bu sırada geniş bir tencereye sıvıyağ ve tereyağını ekleyip, orta ateşte eritmeye başlayın. Ezilmiş sarımsak ve salçayı ekleyerek kavurmaya başlayın.

Yumuşayan tarhana karışımını ekleyin, ardından tuzunu da ekleyin ve karıştırın.

Kalan 5 su bardağı suyu tencereye ekleyin. Ara ara karıştırarak koyulaşana dek pişirin.

Kaynayan çorbayı bekletmeden sıcak olarak servis edin. Pişirdikçe koyulaşan bir çorba olduğu için daha sonra tüketecekseniz üzerine su ilave etmenizi öneririz.

We made tarhana soup, one of our local dishes, together with our parents and students.

Afterwards, we prepared and ate our local dessert, jelly, and finally we had a nice time together drinking linden.

(Veli ve öğrencilerimizle birlikte yöresel yemeğimizden olan tarhana çorbasını birlikte yaptık.

Sonrasında yöresel tatlımız pelteyi hazırlayıp yedik ve son olarak ıhlamur içerek birlikte güzel bir zaman geçirdik.)

During the World Disability Week between 10 and 16 May, we exhibited our Tile Plates as the products we made in the project on our school board, and this exhibition at the school attracted great attention from students and teachers.

Gliko (Bulgur Meatballs)

Ingredients required for this dish specific to Erzurum region:

2 cups coarse bulgur

4.5 glasses of water

2 cups flour

Salt

The mortar is prepared by mixing the ingredients. Then, marble-sized pieces are rolled between two hands. When they are all finished, boil them in boiling water. Boiled meatballs are removed with the help of a colander. Served with garlic yoghurt, butter and tomato paste sauce. Enjoy your meal!

For the crust:
▢50 g of sugar
▢250 g flour
▢125 g cold butter
▢1/2 teaspoon baking powder
▢50 g yogurt
▢1 egg
▢a little salt
For the filling:
▢150 g of sugar
▢750 g of cottage cheese
▢200 g yogurt 10% fat
▢5 eggs separated
▢100 g semolina
▢1 spoon of vanilla essence
▢1 tablespoon lemon essence
▢a little salt
 




This time, for this Easter with cheese, I tried two versions, one German and one Polish. Together with Tefal, we embarked on a new journey of taste and tried two wonderful, tasty and aromatic recipes. We started with the international pancakes, and now we've moved on to this Easter dessert loved by everyone. These two cheesecakes have a butter-based crust and a super filling with airy and aromatic sweet cheese. For the German one, I made a white crust, based on butter, and for the Polish one, one with cocoa. Both recipes are simple and easy. The dough for the crust is easy to prepare, it does not require kneading, just mixing and does not contain yeast, so it does not rise.

German or Polish Easter. Which one is the best?
Honestly, both types are wonderful and I don't know if I can choose, although I really like chocolate. Dad was really delighted with the Polish Easter and even said it was the best Easter with cheese he had ever eaten. He liked it so much that I sent him a double portion and I am convinced that we will repeat it at Easter. As I said, the dough is simple and resembles tart dough. I made it with the help of the Tefal Masterchef Gourmet food processor, so I didn't put in the slightest effort. I also made the filling with the same robot, so I made my work as easy as possible. The truth is that a good food processor is a lifesaver, especially if you cook a lot and often, like me.


How should the best Easter with cheese be? First of all, it should have a dough or a crispy crust. The differences in texture are wonderful in a dish with so much filling. And if I still mentioned the filling, it must first of all be tasty. Then, it should be aerated and simply melt in the mouth. That's why I beat the egg whites and I did well because the texture is perfect. You can add your favorite ingredients to the filling. I decided to leave it simple because you can customize it as you wish. In the one with cocoa, you can add chocolate or even cocoa to the filling. However you do it, I invite you to try at least one of these options!
