- I can accept or decline any commissions for any reason. I will not complete a commission if I am uncomfortable or not confident that I can fulfil the criteria.
- I can only take Paypal as means of payment and I start work after payment has been received in full. I will invoice payments through PayPal.
- I'm an Australian artist, so tips are not an expectation! You may pay extra as a tip if you'd really like to.

- I cannot change the commission type if money has already been received in full.
- A full refund can be offered if I have not started the commission.
- I cannot give you a full refund upon request if I have already sketched the product. A partial refund will only be available until the final sketch is delivered unless I have not started.
-  After the commission is completed, I cannot offer a refund of any kind.
- Do not make a chargeback. If refunds are needed then we can discuss it. I will not sell to you again if there is a chargeback.

- After the commission is completed, lined, or coloured, I cannot make large changes to the artwork. I will do my best to ensure I have all details correct, and please check the updates I send before I keep working on it! (I wait for approval before continuing work to make sure I don't miss details).
- I cannot give you a copy of your commission without my username on it. It's to protect it from people stealing artwork and falsely claiming it as theirs.
- I cannot offer you the psd/mdp/csp files - it is not guaranteed I keep those files after finishing the art.
- You may use the artwork you buy from me in any personal way. You cannot use it commercially (e.g. selling clothing with my art on it, reselling it in different forms etc.) if the intention has not been discussed. I will not sell to you again if you sell the commissioned art as merchandise unless there's been an agreement for merchandise.
- It will be considered ghosting if there is no reply to updates/questions for a month. After ghosting, I will refund the money (amount depends on how much the art has been worked on) and send what has been done on the art (if any).

Elaboration on using commissioned artwork personally:
- You may edit the artwork you commission from me.
- You may commission another artist to use the artwork you commission from me (e.g. Commissioning an artist to render a sketch you bought from me as an artwork, commissioning an artist to animate artwork you've bought from me).
 
- Typically I upload commissions online to share! I have made these artworks and may use some as examples for commissions.
- I send updates to confirm you approve of the sketch and other stages along the way before continuing.

Turnaround time may vary since illustration is not something  I do full-time. It may vary from under a week to a couple months! If discussion is needed then that's fine. 

After agreement I'll send an invoice on PayPal!
I will update you and ask if there's anything you want to be added and make changes if needed. This is because it makes tracking characters very easy in terms of design and art. It also helps if someone attempts to steal the character because you have the proof of ownership right there. (I do not and will not sell my artwork as NFTs).
- I do not consent in any way for my art to be submitted for machine learning. I will not participate in AI generated artwork and do not want my art to be used for it.
- My art is not to be reposted by those who do not own the characters/a character depicted.
- Do not use my art publicly for avatars, roleplay, banners etc. if you do not own the character(s)/a character depicted.
- Do not trace my art and publicly post it! My art may be traced in private for practice - just do not share publicly! Exceptions fall where the person traces art they have commissioned from me but do not post without credit to myself.
