I live in Dosquebradas, Risaralda with my wife in an apartment in a residential complex in a quiet urban área. There is a swimming pool and a basketball court to. There are six towers and a many houses and there are tow shools close in the neighborhood. 

 

I ussualy get up at 7.30 or 8 am and I have breakfast around 8.15. For breakfast I drink a cup of coffee and I eat a fruit and some toast with jam. Them I get to work on my motorcycle. I have lunch at 1 pm and I try toe at some vegetables and meat or sometimes pasta. I go back around 8pm and I try top lay my guitar or work in some music proyecto r musical job. I have dinner at 9 or 10 pm and eat something light or easy to cook like a sándwich or piza, or hamburguer. After that  I try to go to bed before 12 but it´s not always like this. On weekends I try to go out for a walk or just stay in home relaxed. Finaly I study English once o twice a week.

I live in Dosquebradas. This city it is near to Pereira and it´s smaler too. There are some lovely place to take a walk on nature, and there is a nearby river. The weather here  is very humid, and there are many mountains as well.

Durin the month of Augusst the Harvest Festival is celebrated, with many artistic and Sporting events troughout the city in different settings. In Dosquebradas, the tourists can find Viewpoint of the city an visit some Coffee Farms to learn about de coffee. In addition, people can go to diferents natural places to enjoy nature and be away and in a peaceful place.

Finally, the typical food here is the Bandeja Paisa, Sancocho or Fish. Most of the meals are prepared with corn, rice, beans and meat.
