         <description><![CDATA[<div>When we complete contracts we can add a cost centre and subjective code but it would be useful to have the option to add an objective code.&nbsp; Currently these default to 000 and we use a different objective which requires us to report as an error via Lets Go Direct.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Payments made for relief staff or those claiming Add Hours are often inputted incorrectly in HR even though the form submitted is correct. It takes far too long to resolve the query even though it is not my error and told that the money I am owed will be paid in the following month's salary. How many salaried staff could easily do without hundreds of pounds of their earnings in a month. People depend on that money to pay their bills and we are expected to wait when it isn't even our mistake. Why is this simple process prone to so many errors and why does it take so long to resolve at the staff members expense?</div>]]></description>
