Transfer of Learning- Transfer of learning is seen as the use of knowledge, skills, and/or attitudes that you’ve learned in one situation in a different situation. It is taking what you have learned and applying it to something different. The six terms that are associated with the transfer of learning are near, far, high road, low road, general, and specific. General transfer is something you can apply to a lot of different situations. Specific is something that is a learned technique in a variety of situations. Near is where the situations has close context, while far are dissimilar. Low road is not hard to apply when you learn to apply. Hard is harder to apply to thought.
