It is about a cat named Patches. She is a calico cat. She sees a golden leaf and followed it as it soared  over a house. I really liked the end because Patches has three baby kittens, one named Moonshadow, one is Little Thomas and the last one is named Gustina. Oh did I tell you about Gus, the meanest dog in town. And a squirrel is also a character but it did not tell me what the squirrel's name is. Moonshadow was named by Gus and Gustina was named after the squirrel. Well that is all I wanted to tell you. Recently I read The lost hero by Rick Riordan. It´s a bout a boy who wakes up on a bus to the grand canyon, with no memory of who he is or how he got there, besides his name (Jason.) It just keeps going from there, and many interesting things happen, but I won´t spoil it for anyone. Anyways, I just think that this is a great book and a great book series made by a great author, however, I would only recommend it to people who have read the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series.
