Hey Chandh, I'm not sure if I should be happy that you're prioritizing yourself and leaving or should be sad that we won't be working together now. I'v learnt a lot from you and definitely going to miss you. Brainstorming and working with you has been amazing. Anyway, I am sure we will be in touch and you're going to shine wherever you go. Hey Chandhni,

I've told you this separately, but I'll say it again. When I joined Mantra, it was my first proper job and I was really nervous about fitting in to a new job and city. Even though we never worked together for my first year, you always made me feel so welcome in the org and smaller group activities, which was so kind.

I hope you're able to take the time off you need, keep being kind to yourself and others :)

Dear Chandhni,

Words are not my strength and it gets even more difficult to write this today.
You have always put others before your own needs and that is an extremely rare quality. I have not met anyone who is more compassionate than you.
There is no doubt that we will all miss you but I think the decision you took to prioritize your well being before anything else is probably the best decision you have taken.
You are an amazing person and you deserve all the happiness in the world.
Remember, we are only one phone call away.
Keep doodling, keep writing, keep doing whatever makes you happy.

Dear Chands,
I've been really lucky to have become friends with such a wonderful human being! Thank you for being so caring, so patient and kind. Have always enjoyed spending time with you and ofc being with my secret chocolate Santa :) Thank you for all the treats!!! All the dialogue cafe meets to just spending time sitting around in the sun- have been memories I will wait to relive very very soon.

You will be missed, but I am happy to see you take this step and spend time with yourself. I am sure you will be amazing and we will look forward to having you back :)

Hey Chandhni,

I have always felt that you had this aura of goodness around you, where you would listen to everyone, make them feel comfortable, and add extremely valuable insights. I was really sad to know that you will be leaving but I really hope you find the space and time for yourself:) Your gifts towards my food venture (not giving away the name, wink wink:D) has been the most anyone has shown confidence in the idea and adhuvkagave I will definitely start soon and keep you posted:)
