I really appreciate our partnership and collaboration. Somethings I appreciate the most are:
1. Your willingness to grow and develop. You consistently show up eager to learn and receptive to pushes and feedback.
2. You consistently look for ways to relate and connect with scholars. In a time when it's really difficult to be an educator, I see this as your anchor in the work and want to encourage you to keep doing this.
3. You want to see others succeed. Whether it's scholars or adults, you want to see everyone win and work hard to ensure you get people to that place.

I'm so lucky to work alongside you and I know the PMA community feels the same way. Happy Leader Appreciation week and I hope you enjoy it.

Happy Leader Appreciation Week!!!

I really count it as a blessing to work with you at PMA. Over the past few months, we've collaborated on all things from culture to instruction. In all of those instances, you've consistently communicated care for person because you always see the best in people. Additionally, you've consistently looked for ways to develop your own skill such that you can support all of your coachees.

I'm so so so grateful for all that you do for scholars and the PMA community and I hope you have a great Leader Appreciation Week. :)

Thank you for leading science at Providence! I am struck again and again by your investment in the growth AND well-being of your science teachers. This has translated into their continued growth each and every week. And I've seen glimpses of the many other ways you lean in to make teaching and learning happen at Providence. It's been a long, long time...but I haven't forgotten you and all the amazing work you do at PAMS. Thank you for the co-observing GR and supporting Quincy and Tina in the set up of their GR coaching as well.
