-Greatest Accomplishment: Assembling a passionate and competent Executive Board to help us prepare for a post covid world.
-Favorite Memory: Being an associate member with no responsibility
-Greatest Challenge: Maintaining chapter engagement during a distanced semester

-Greatest accomplishment would be getting elected as the next chapter president for Delta Zeta.
-Favorite memory this year would be our Philanthropy event back in February. We had the best turnout in years! And it was so much fun.
-Biggest challenge would be keeping people engaged in the chapter and trying to avoid zoom fatigue. Which I feel like our chapter did a good job at keeping everyone excited.

Greatest Accomplishment: member retention, providing value and support to our members, adapting with every change, keeping the best interest of the chapter at the forefront of our executive council's vision (EC pictured below :) )

Favorite Memory: the amount of unwavering support from the entire chapter & our virtual sisterhood retreat

Greatest Challenge: suffering from burnout and putting pressure on myself to give my members everything we possible could

My greatest accomplishment would be getting more involved on campus. Through ASI I have been given so many opportunities to get involved and sit in on different university committees.

My favorite memory would be running our virtual 5k. I used to run in high school so it was great getting out there again.

My greatest challenge would be balancing my time between my academics and my other commitments.

- Through this semester I was able to take on 17 units with almost all A's... but I am attending CSULB for ESP & LBCC for Fire Science, this will allow me to graduate at the end of Fall 2021.
- My favorite memory this year would be getting together for the 4th of July with some of my Brothers down in San Diego.
- My greatest challenge would be just trying to organize a plan for my coming years in order to build up my resume to become a firefighter.

*One of my favorite memories is our paint night social; although we can't be together in person, I'm glad we can still have that unity.
*One of our greatest accomplishments as a chapter was our self-development, which later reflected our combined success. As incoming president, it makes me excited to work with my brothers and sisters who share the same passions.
*Our biggest struggle was developing virtual events that can equate to the impact of our previous in-person activities.

What was your greatest accomplishment? Just getting through this semester!!! I'm proud that I was able to start and end well. Being able to continue as President and be a leading figure in my Chapter
What is your favorite memory? Being able to have random moments of laughter during meetings. It comforts me knowing we can get through even the toughest battles of Zoom life.
What was your greatest challenge? Being able to stay motivated and positive during these unprecedented times.

TKE's greatest accomplishment this semester was nearly quadrupling our membership size!! We recruited around 23 new members.
My favorite memory was our big bro reveal! It wasn't ideal being on Zoom, but it was a great night.
Our greatest challenge for this year was trying to rebuild the chapter's image and membership.

- My greatest accomplishment would have to be being fortunate enough to be chosen for this position as well as staying positive and making it through this virtual semester!
- My favorite memory was our retreat or our 10k in a day philanthropy challenge.

1. My chapter's greatest accomplishment was completely eliminating our chapter's debt to our national headquarters and being in the black ever since.
2. My favorite memory was getting elected to this position.
3. My greatest challenge, obviously, was adapting to an entirely different environment that the greek system has never seen before. Changing the way we operated under these circumstances was stressful and a test to the chapter's cohesiveness.

My greatest accomplishment this semester was stepping up to be chapter president and growing as a leader! As well as simply just getting through this semester.
My favorite memories from this semester were just the nights that my chapter and I were able to just hang out on Discord, play games and just have fun. It wasn't the same as hanging out in person but being able to still connect with everyone was great.
My greatest challenge was definitely maintaining engagement and trying to keep/boost morale at times.

My favorite memory is OLA last January when our officers got to bond and have fun together.
My greatest challenge was trying to keep people excited and engaged virtually.

Chi Delts greatest accomplishment this semester was hosting our cultural event virtually and still having a good turnout as well as great speakers.
One of my favorite memories would be our sisterhood Thanksgiving because it really took us away from the business side of things and we got to remind everyone why we're grateful for one another. Our sisterhood chair also created a really cute personalized video to show that we're all appreciated.
The greatest challenge this semester was having good attendance from members as well as keeping officers accountable with their responsibilities.

Our Greatest Accomplishment was being highly adaptive & resilient to the current circumstances as a house. Despite the pandemic, we were able to surpass our philanthropy, fundraising & sisterhood goals all through an online platform.

My Favorite Memory was watching the younger girls grow and build on their professional skills. I truly see these girls continuing the Sigma Legacy and upholding the highest standard of excellence. These moments made me teary eyed as a president :')

At first, the greatest challenge was keeping the motivation and drive to get things done. With everything virtual, it was my priority to be extremely sensitive to the times, but also, foster a high level of productivity.

Greatest Accomplishment: Being part of a successful virtual recruitment as a Rho Gamma, and getting to help my Rho Gamma group through the process. Also, being elected as next year’s PHC President!

Favorite Memory: Bid Day! Watching our newest members of the PHC community get their bids after a tough year and intense recruitment process was the best.

Greatest Challenge: Maintaining my mental health during this semester.

My greatest accomplishment has been seeing my chapter grow as individuals and seeing myself grown and become a better leader. I've also done very well academically compared to previous years so I am very grateful in that accomplishment!
