         <description><![CDATA[<div>The day before my performance I had a bad cold and both noses were blocked so I predicted that my performance would not be at its best so I did more physical warm up and did not practice my vocal chords too much and in the end the performance was very successful exceeding my expectations and completing such a difficult song.<br>With a future career as a musician, this book highlights the importance of taking care of your body so that you can continue to do what you love to do. By incorporating injury prevention methods and techniques into your future practice and performance routine, you can reduce the risk of injury and by taking care of your body and staying healthy, you can improve your overall performance and achieve greater success as a musician.</div>]]></description>
