I like so much mindfulness project because it helped me to be more open with my mates and to be more relaxed. I loved the activity on the weather because it helped me tell my classmates what I was feeling. But It didn’t help me change my habits: I go to sleep very late, I don’t eat healthy, I use the phone too much and sometimes I don’t have breakfast or lunch or dinner.

I found the project really interesting and a nice expirience.I met many nice people and found some really cool friends also I loved to see another country.Overall I am happy to be in this project.💗

I had so much fun when I went to France, it was such a great experience, I learnt and I enjoy a lot. I thing doing an exchange it's a uinique experience, it's very nice to meet people from other countriesand learn about their daily lifes. We are very excited for you to come.
