I really liked the class, and, when the guy talked about having his own dojo, I wanted to try karate there. Since I had been doing gymnastics beforehand, my mom made me choose between karate and gymnastics. In 6th grade, my mom finally let me have an instrument, and while I wasn't sure what instrument to play, as I had never played a string instrument before, I decided to try playing the viola. I learned how to play it rather quickly, and loved playing.
