         <description><![CDATA[<p>I chose this article on Corporate Social Responsibility because this article not only defines (CSR) and how organizations utilize CSR practices for the benefit of the company, but it also discusses how CSR is incorporated within an organization, different types of CSR and their importance in an organization, and some examples of CSR and how this practice shapes an organization's future and success. The below video link provides a great reference on how CSR works within a corporation and goes in depth on CSR processes, functions, and how external components are utilize to impact and benefit an organizations productivity and efficiency. The article not only went into depth on how these situations can often be pre-determined but how to implement and facilitate resolution techniques that are deemed appropriate within a global organization. The video link below touches more on the key characteristics of globalization management and how political, economic, and cultural aspects benefit and impact the organization as a whole.
