In the novel "onder" by R.J Palcio, the main character August Pullman can be defined my many different traits. It states “I am pretty much totally and completely petrified (4). August is going to school for the first time. He is very brave because he is overcoming his fear. August went to summers house for a project and saw a picture of summer’s dad and said whoa your dad is awesome. This shows that August is very kind to others. He is always wanted to help people. August has done many kind things in his life. This shows that august has many different traits.

 

   There are various themes given. One  in the realistic fiction novel, "Wonder" ny R.J Palcio. One of many  themes is don’t be a bystander be a up stander. This means to be someone who sticks up to bullies and don’t sand and watch. One example is when Amos stood up for august during the nature retreat when august got picked on. I think that Jack is the bystander because he was behind August and stood there.

 

   Another theme is don’t be a bully be a hero. That means to stick up to bullies and don’t be a bystander. One example is when jack pounced Julian. This shows that jack stood up for August. These are the various themes for the novel Wonder.
