I think teacher can plan wisely how to segregate few chapter for term 1 n concentrate more on worksheet n more questions for them to practice.

Their activities books are not marked. I really do not know whether the books are with teachers or put under their desks.

This requests is coming from the situation which our children doesn't have workbook however they need to do their homework.

Teaches give homework however collect their books sometimes.

I would like to see the results of the English improvement of the prep school students in this session. Because it is the basis and focus of learning in this course. I would appreciate it if you could consider it next time.

At the begging of the term we found out, that primary school students need to change after PE in toilets. They put their clothes to the toilet itself, trash been, sink. The floor is often wet. We raised the question to admission office, they sad to ask PE teachers. PE teachers said there were no changing rooms I the sports club. We went to sports club and they kindly showed us the changing rooms and ensured the kids can use it ( it was the agreement with SIS). We texted to PE teachers, they said it’s impossible. We went to SIS admissions office , they said they will put the benches and hangers. Nothing happened. Last PE lessen we asked our kid just go to the changing room instead of toilet. But PE teacher prohibited it. We already have put so much afford to solve this problem. It’s a problem !!! Kids are not supposed to put their clothes on a toilet. And we faced the wall of rejection and no suggestions. Please help our kids!

My children are in 1st and 2nd grade. For the past two years in December, we have received a booklist for the next  year. For two years in a row, that list has included a Computing  textbook. However, the older child says that in the past 1.5 years they haven’t opened the book in class even once, and the younger one, who is in 1st grade, says that he doesn’t use the book in lessons either. Why is there a computing textbook on the book list if the teacher’s program does not involve using the book?

I understand that some children actually give away all their food and ended up hungry or they ended up having to buy more food from the cafeteria, children asking for food from other children or food is not finished because the children are playing instead of eating.

I could never have an answer from anyone regarding this and how to resolve this.

The issue is, if we put a daily limit of rm20 but they are still allowed to purchase the items and we will get the penalty of rm2 if the amount is low. The kids can still purchase it regardless. What’s the point of putting the limit? Pls advise.

He easily finishes a full bottle of water at home but I’m only giving him half a bottle (approximately 300ml) for school.

From my understanding, the children are to place their water bottle at the water bottle area in class. They will have their bottle during break and lunch time, when the teacher ask them to or they request to drink in class (which they will avoid doing because they don’t want to interrupt the teacher/class).

Can the children have their water bottle with them in class?

Is there a way to do a search for keywords in classdojo? It is frustrating not being able to do a keyword search because I have 3 kids in school. I kept on scrolling up and down to find some info sometimes.

While I understand the intent behind cashless systems, I believe this current setup does not promote financial responsibility. When students can make purchases without accountability or parental oversight, it undermines the opportunity for them to learn how to manage money and make conscious choices.

I would appreciate it if the school could review this system and consider putting safeguards in place—such as disabling purchases without a card or requiring explicit parental approval—to better support financial literacy and parental control

I can pack him a simple lunch box but still worried about how the school plans to supply the lunch when it's too crowded

During 30 minutes, students are waiting in line for 20 minutes. They can't finish their meal, feeling chased.

Stellar has the lowest number of work days among any other school in Johor( sunway, Tenby, raffles etc)

The briefings with the students and parents came too late. Students have already discussed among themselves.

One class takes 1 hour and 20 minutes. Without moving almost 3 hours, it's harsh for children.

When homeworks are done, it was not hand in to the teachers. A lot of pages are not marked! Sometimes when I asked my 6 year old. He said that he forget to hand it in. It seems that teachers didn’t even count the books that they collect. Pls look into it.

For example, during Book Day, I heard that the main school had a variety of fun activities. Teachers dressed up in different costumes and organized games, while the prep students were asked to do a simple finger dance with socks on their hands — without any proper practice. I also heard that many of the activities done in the main school were not provided for prep students.

Why does this kind of discrimination happen?
