O segundo momento foi o questionário a ser respondido individualmente. Fazendo-me analisar minhas facilidades e dificuldades e ver onde deve ser melhorado para meu melhor desempenho acadêmico e futuramente como docente. O questionário nos perguntava sobre aptidão, propensão e obstáculos para alguns. Como por exemplo, foi citado a dificuldade de pedir ajuda e percebi que era algo em comum, trazendo conforto aqueles que possuem essa dificuldade em si.

Concluindo, foi uma aula importante de autoanálise e compreender termos de diversidade e pluralidade dentro do ensino.

The second moment groups were divided and each received a theme about beliefs, and we had to apply those in teaching and learning of English. My group was given the theme : Learners need feedback and in my opinion it was the best one. So we talked about this belief and we reached the conclusion that giving and receiving feedback is extremely important, being a teacher or a student, and us as students who are learning to be teachers should have this notion to give and ask for feedback. Why is that important? Because to improve we need to know how we are doing and what we can do better.

And the last moment when I heard the other groups I noticed that all the beliefs are essential to our formation. Reflect as participants of the process of learning and teaching, it was a very good strategy for me to recognize and self regulation to help also in the process.

So first of all, as I said before, as a future teacher we need to learn how to deal with differences in class, because we have a lot of different backgrounds, different educations, socio-economic inequality between others. I also would like to remember the different learning rhythms, that's why we need to understand their difficulties and values and encourage their qualities, not just point out the mistakes. When I was listening to group 2, I noticed how much the pandemic changed education.Technology is now everywhere in schools and this increased even more with the pandemic, because of remote classes, and also had a big learning loss. Using my experience with remote learning, I had a lot of troubles with the platform at the time, and lost a lot of classes and that was very bad to my academic life.

Watching the groups and presenting my work, I really saw the beginning of the teacher's journey, I was nervous at first but then, I really liked to present to the whole class.

Na segunda etapa na palestra sobre Queer, que era um assunto totalmente desconhecido para mim, ainda não posso falar que entendi completamente, é um tópico bem complexo, entretanto muito interessante. Vivemos hoje (sempre vivemos, mas hoje mais nítido) em uma sociedade muito diversa e cabe a cada um de nós respeitarmos essa diversidade de cada individuo. O fato de Queer ser uma forma de desconstrução e expressões mais plurais do que podemos imaginar é algo incrível.

Falando agora sobre a palestra sobre desigualdade social e racismo na escola, pautas que são muito faladas no dia de hoje e ainda assim, vivemos em uma sociedade extremamente racista e desigual. A pessoa pobre na escola, tem estudos que comprovam que a grande maioria de alunos de classe social baixa 1- sofrem preconceito, 2- tem mais dificuldade em acompanhar matérias quando falamos de ensino digital e remoto. Nós como futuros professores é de extrema importância entendermos e sermos o mais corretos e tratar com igualdade (ainda respeitando suas diferenças) todos aqueles que estiverem ali para serem ensinados. O ensino é para todos.

I think it's a great idea for parents to be part of their children's school life. Us as teachers can’t always be aware of everything and having differing ideas and perspectives are a good thing. To make decisions together and decide what will be the best for their kids and also can motivate them and help with homeworks and things like that, be participative.
When we talked about the PPP and tried to understand what is learning for them, I really liked what the text said, about learning not only in school but in life, and that is so true. We not only learn in school, I mean, we do learn scientific spanking, and how to become a citizen and who to live with another person in a democracy. Life is learning in every sense.

Pelo o que entendi dos textos e conversas em sala, a pesquisa-ação é uma ferramenta utilizada por professores para: avaliar, planejar, agir e descrever uma demanda (não necessariamente um problema) na sala de aula/instituição de ensino.

Ou seja é um método que busca resolver problemas (demandas) de forma prática, promover melhorias através da colaboração de entre os participantes.

é um ciclo continuo pois nem sempre o planejamento e a implementação daquele assunto pode funcionar, tendo assim que começar tudo novamente.

Temos que avaliar os resultados que esta tendo, planejar uma melhoria da prática, implementar a melhora planejada e por fim monitorar e descrever os efeitos dessa ação. Podendo ser eles positivos ou não, caso não seja é ai que iniciamos o ciclo novamente.

Como disse anteriormente ainda é um pouco confuso mas deu para ter uma ideia de como é feita essa analise crítica em prol da melhoria.

In the end it can become a science research but it is not the goal of the movement.

At first I was thinking that it was supposed to be a development of something innovative, a big thing, to solve a huge problem, but then I realized that it is something easier, something practical and the researcher is part of the search.
