There was a little puppy who lived in the city with his mom and their human. They lived in an apartment with no yard, so they couldn´t go outside. The puppy was always trying to go outside, but his mom wouldn´t let him because it was dangerous. One day, when the human left for work, he let the door opened by mistake. So, the puppy saw his opportunity, because his mom was asleep. He crossed the door and ran outside. At the begging he was happy and proud, but then, he got lost, and he got really scared cause there were a lot of cars and people. Also, there were a lot of dogs and cats, who wanted to scare him. Fortunately, his mom realized very soon that he was gone, so she stared to follow him by distance. In a moment when he was frightened by the unknow, he realized his mom was near and run to her, feeling inmediatly more safe.

On June 26th, I went to the Turrialba volcano. It's a tour to observe the sunrise from the highest point of the volcano. To reach this point, you have to walk approximately 4 hours along a very difficult path, in the middle of the night and steep, full of rocks, which makes the ascent challenging. The tour started at 1:30 in the morning. At the beginning, the tour guides and the park ranger provided instructions for the hike and safety advice.

We started the hike, which was very difficult from the beginning because the altitude affects breathing. The first 2 kilometers felt like I was going to have a heart attack, but we continued the journey. We kept climbing the path, and after approximately four kilometers, we found the first viewpoint, where we could see the volcano's crater. The crater was emitting gases and looked spectacular. After that stop, we continued climbing for about 45 minutes until we reached the highest point of the volcano. At that point, we found another viewpoint called Mirador Caribe, from which we watched the sunrise. The view was impressive; we could see the mountains, the clouds, the sky, and the sunrise. We could also see the Caribbean Sea, specifically in Limón.

It was an incredible experience; the silence, nature, and fresh air recharged my batteries, and I felt completely relaxed and happy.

Alex was a man who born in a family with a hard life. His father died when he was two years old, and his mother had to leave in care of his 10 years old sister to go to work. His mother worked every day to give them the best that she could.

Alex and his sister grew up and studied at school as much as they could. At 16 years, Alex had to leave the high school because his mother could not continue working and from this moment, he had to start working and studying to help his family.

Alex tried to work on many things, but his dream was always to be a doctor and help others. He worked hard and won a scholarship to the university from which he graduated as a doctor.
