Then our teeth will become rotten, and they will fall out. Your teeth and your gums will start to bleed. We also believe that when you don't brush your teeth, your breath will become very smelly.
We know that to keep our teeth clean, we need to brush our teeth twice a day. In the morning and at night time before we go to bed.  We can also use mouthwash to keep our breath smelling nice and clean. Every 6 months, we need to go and take a visit to our dentist. The dentist checks our teeth to see if our teeth are healthy and clean.

Use small circular motions and short back-and-forth strokes.

Brush carefully and gently along your gum line.                                 

Lightly brush your tongue to help keep your mouth clean.

Clean around your teeth with dental floss.
