The Germans were not satisfied with the Treaty of Versailles which only guaranteed Britain and France as European imperial powers. That year the first laws against the Jews were enacted but at first they were not enforced as strictly, or not as devastatingly as in later years. Many were killed and others were forced to do forced labor.</div>]]></description>
