The rule of thirds enables the subject to look more candid.The leading lines enable us to look at ‘signals’ leading to the subject. The Macro photography technique allows us to see our subjects from a different angle or perspective.

How do you feel about your artwork?
I feel proud about my artwork because it turn out really good.

Was it easy or challenging to draw in a Cubist style? Why?
It was difficult to draw a Cubist portrait because I need to use different shapes and contrasting colours that I would not usually use.

How do you feel about your artwork?
I feel satisfied with my artwork because although it was quite simple, the artwork was still pretty nice and not too bad. I think I did well with the colours too. I feel satisfied as the colours were nice and I learnt many things in the process of making this artwork, such as how you can use colours in a cubist portrait.

Was it easy or challenging to draw in a Cubist style? Why?
It was difficult to draw a Cubist portrait because I didn’t come when we were supposed to make a sketch, so I found it a bit challenging to start, but I think the artwork ended up not bad. Although it was difficult to start, i managed to overcome that challenge and draw something nice.

It was easy/difficult to draw a Cubist portrait because ____.

How do you feel about your artwork?
I feel __proud__ about my artwork because ___I was able to complete most of my artwork and it is the first cubist painting that I did.I felt that I was able to use contrasting colours to represent different emotions and that I drew the facial features according to the emotions I chose for the artwork

Was it easy or challenging to draw in a Cubist style? Why?
It was difficult to draw a Cubist portrait because I had to choose different colours to show contrast to express different emotions to others. I also had to draw the different facial features which was hard as I was not used to it.This was also my first time drawing a cubist artwork, and it was hard as I did not have any experience and I had to draw the facial features at unusual areas instead of the face which was interesting.

I feel ___bad_ about my artwork because __it is not nice__.

It was difficult to draw a Cubist portrait because ___I don’t like cubism _.

I feel quite good about my artwork because I was able to show contrast with my chosen colours successfully and it was overall quite fun to draw in cubism as I liked the different views of the facial features all at once though it looks a bit confusing and takes time to identify the deeper meaning(s)

Was it easy or challenging to draw in a Cubist style? Why?
It was difficult to draw a Cubist portrait because I couldn’t really keep track of how the facial features looked from different angles and not get confused by all the angles at once. Also, I had to keep track of the specific colours I’m using to ensure the contrast and the successful meaning that I want to depict.

I feel _proud___ about my artwork because _I think I done my best to paint and draw___.i tried to use what my art teacher has taught me , especially the techniques to express feelings in my drawing .For the facial expression,I also followed her example to the best of my ability. I did my best !

It was difficult to draw a Cubist portrait because __drawing the facial expression was hard and making the artwork interesting is really hard because I need to be creative __.

I feel happy about my artwork because I managed to finish my first cubist artwork and I think it is not that bad.

It was difficult to draw a Cubist portrait because I had to use different colours to create dominance and draw different parts and it is quite difficult

It was difficult to draw a Cubist portrait because I really needed to think about where to put the fragments to make the artwork have harmony

It was easy/difficult to draw a Cubist portrait because _it is difficult to draw a cubist portrait as it takes planning to cube the portrait into different segments. The use of colours also impacts the artwork so it is essential to pick the colours carefully___.

It wasdifficult to draw a Cubist portrait because _i am not used to drawing in Picasso’s style as I don’t usually do abstract art

It was difficult to draw a Cubist portrait because I need to draw the proportions nicely and the correct amount of it.

How do you feel about your artwork?
I feel satisfied about my artwork because it was on par with my expectations. I think that I could do better but I tried my best. I feel that it was a very interesting process. I think that despite it being a tedious process of colouring, drawing and outlining, it was very good that I managed to create a piece that I am satisfied with.

Was it easy or challenging to draw in a Cubist style? Why?
It was difficult to draw a Cubist portrait because I am not that talented in art. However, under the teachers guidance, I think I managed to complete the artwork. However, for the drawing part, I really struggled a lot. I will continue practising on what I need more help with to strengthen my art skills. In conclusion, I feel that this process was an eye opener for me to understand my strengths and weaknesses in the art field.

It was difficult to draw a Cubist portrait because _I have to paint it with different colours and I did not know what colour to choose to paint___.

How do you feel about your artwork?
I feel good about my artwork because I worked hard on it ,I think that I gave it my best and it looks colourful after I coloured it even though it was my first time drawing a cubist portrait.

It was difficult to draw a Cubist portrait because I had to draw a portrait from multiple different angles at with the parts of the face at different places from the normal face

How do you feel about your artwork?
I feel good about my artwork because I did my best as I think it looks good especially the painting parts, the colours match really well.

Was it easy or challenging to draw in a Cubist style? Why?
It was difficult to draw a Cubist portrait because I have to draw from different perspectives,I also have to match the colours to match the colours with the background. I need to draw some overlap parts which is now easy for me.

How do you feel about your artwork?
I feel exceptionally joyful about my artwork because I drew my favourite character as me to show my love for that anime and I also drew drawings to show my passion for in art and that I really wanna get superb grades.

It was easy to draw a Cubist portrait because all I had to do was draw a face with boxes full of facial features and expressions to show my emotions and feelings.

How do you feel about your artwork?
I feel happy about my artwork because the artwork I created was up the my expectations. Like the contrasting colours looks really good.

Was it easy or challenging to draw in a Cubist style? Why?
It was difficult to draw a Cubist portrait because it is my first time drawing something like that and it was hard for me to make it human-like and strange while mixing in emotions at the same time.

How do you feel about your artwork?
I feel __proud__ about my artwork because I was able to complete it in time and also apply the techniques that I have learnt,like contrasting colours .I also feel very happy as I was able to actually draw a face and facial features as before this I never knew how to .

It was difficult to draw a Cubist portrait because of the facial features and at the start ,I did not know how to convey my emotions through colours and I was very lost on how to use contrast .But as I progressed I found that it became easier and easier and was not as hard as I expected it to be.
