         <description><![CDATA[<p>Osteomalacia is a condition in which the bones weaken/soften more easily resulting in them being able to break more easily. It mostly occurs within adults due to vitamin D deficiency. </p><p>The most common symptoms include:</p><ul><li><p>Bones that break more easily</p></li><li><p>Muscle pain, stiffness, and weakness</p></li><li><p>Difficulty walking</p></li><li><p>Muscle spasms, and cramps </p></li><li><p>Pins-and-needles feeling in arms or legs</p></li><li><p>More frequent falls</p></li></ul><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The most common cause is Vitamin D deficiency, due to both not getting enough sun and not eating enough foods rich with vitamin D. Additionally there can be very rare genetic conditions that can kickstart this condition. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Supplements will be given for Vitamin D, calcium, and phosphorus) </p></li><li><p>More sunlight exposure</p></li><li><p>Eating more foods with lots of Vitamin D and calcium</p></li><li><p>Wearing braces to reduce bone irregularities </p></li><li><p>Surgery (if absolutely necessary) to correct bone deformities </p></li><li><p>While it can take up to 6 months to start seeing progress it is possible to get back to normal while continuing with supplements and other remedies</p></li></ul>]]></description>
