It can be anything from living in an extremely different time zone to my family, or just misplacing my bank card. 

It often comes from my partner when he sees teabags in the sink, despite having told me not to put them there. 

We also share this abstract noun when it comes to saving money. We save but then something massive comes along and wipes out the savings, or they just don't increase as quickly as we'd like.

At times I do yoga or I sleep to vent this...and to be honest, it doesn't always seem to matter when life is going well and our health is good. It's a way of encroaching on my private life and extracting all personal information from me; my address, my email address, my shopping habits and career history. 

Some see this as a privilege and they have several of these in their lives. It can change your life, your world and open up your eyes to a totally different perspective. At present I have several of them and my favourite is the one I have with God. It's not always easy and has definitely been tested in my 33 years on this planet, however, we have made so much progress and I am now confident in my abilities to share this with others. 

He is good at maintaining this but sometimes I fail and as a daily habit that brings joy, patience, love and hope, it's ridiculous that we can't all maintain it 24/7.

When we let it go then there is usually something major in the way, stopping it from continuing. Perhaps we feel unsociable, we need our private time and people just aren't on our agenda.

It is the solid base everything is built on. Simultanously it is very flexible, even after being mortally harassed it will rebuild itself.

If you become older you may regret your carelessness, the harm you caused.
