We have been practising our send and receive skills. In this lesson we focused on our throwing and catching skills by playing the ‘silent ball game’.

In this lesson, we played bench ball. This game helped us to practise and develop our sending and receiving skills , as we worked on accurate passing and catching.

The children focused on using good technique when sending the ball, as well as showing control when receiving it. We also talked about the importance of working as a team- communicating, supporting each other, and thinking about how to move into space.
