         <title>The Cyclograph Technique (1913)</title>

What he did was attach flashing lights to a worker’s fingers to indicate the length of time a motion would take. He would then examine the photos and go on from there. He found that surgeons spent more time looking for their tools than actually operating on the surgery.</div>]]></description>
