The theme that the restaurant use is about Bolivian food but included molecular cuisine.
They try that you have an unique experience and you use all your senses. 

Every week I don't sure but change their menu. And they use Bolivian products.

Obviusly I recomend you visit this place if you love food and gastronomy.
