And I am going to elaborate how the video. 
In a beautiful morning, Karin is being woken by her boyfriend Kay, and her boyfriend is waking her up nicely and repeat again and again until she wakes up. Karin she now really awakes so Kay is reading her the message which someone sent her last night when she was asleep. When Karin is dressing up her dresses and choosing her make-up, Kay is helping her to reply the email that her boss asked her to reply immediately. Karin is trying to make a breakfast but she doesn’t know the recipe, and her boyfriend just telling her the ingredient before she asks.
Karin is driving the car while on the way to her office and her boyfriend just set up a perfect song playlist for her to listen before she even get on the car, while she is working in the office, she realize she forgot to buy the ingredient to make her dinner for her party tonight, so she messages her boyfriend that she forgot to buy it, and Kay said he already brought it on the internet this morning. 
Few minutes before Karin finish her work, and Kay message her that it is going to rain afterward, and there is a traffic jam in the main street so try not to travel by bus change to travel by subway. On top of that Kay also remind her that the cake in the shop you need tonight is ready, she is able to pick up while she is on the way going home. 
When she arrived home, she can see that the decoration has already finished and kay just heat up the water for her to take a bath. After she take a bath, she is ready to start making the food for her party tonight, and while she is cooking, Kay just switch on the television and replay the episode of Karin’s favourite drama which she missed last night. 
 
        Karin is feeling really glad that she found such a perfect boyfriend in her life, and she is smiling at him when she is cooking, after a second, she asks Kay to pass her the egg on the desk, but Kay give no reply, and Karin try to ask him again, when she head turn around, Kay is already gone.
She just opens her eyes and realize there is no Kay such perfect boyfriend in this world, it is only her own imagination, the only thing is real is Kara, she is capable to do everything her boyfriend does, she is the one who know you the most.
