The first phase in SDLC is planning, where we need to identify what hospital needs EHR or EMR and then form a group that consists of health/administrative professionals. The second phase is analysis, when we collect data and ensure it meets user and regulatory needs. It also includes stakeholder interviews with clinicians and administrative staff, data collection through surveys, and workflow analysis. The third phase is when we create the system architecture and user experience to achieve a secure and smooth EHR. The fourth phase is development when we build the EHR and integrate it into the hospital system using the most suitable programming languages and technologies. the fifth phase is testing involves conducting functional performance and security testing to identify and fix any issues before the deployment of EHR. The last step is implementation this is when we implement the EHR system in the real- world and make both healthcare and some administrative providers use it.
