Because he heard that the Ministry of Magic found an illegal Time-Turner that belonged to Theodore Nott.  Albus meets Delphi, who poses as Amos’s niece but you don’t know that,  both of them (and Scorpius) try to get the Time-Turner and save Cedric...but Delphi turns out to be evil and the daughter of Voldemort.  Anyway, she tries to kill Albus and Scorpius and Harry, Hermione, Ron, Ginny, and Draco all save them and defeat Delphi.  And a lot happens in between. 

 I  personally love this book a lot due to the certain events that happen throughout the book, and I’ve always liked Harry Potter anyway.  And I love how it has other references from books before it.  But then again, the J.K. Rowling brought back Time-Turners into the series.  I think she, and the other playwrights,  should’ve came up with something different.  And yet still have a similar plot.
